1. Service Plans

• Individual Plan: $39/week, includes 30 lbs.

• Family Plan: $69/week, includes 60 lbs.

• Overages: $1.50 per lb beyond plan limit.

2. Minimum Order

• A 30 lb minimum applies to all subscription pickups.

3. Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup and delivery are included with your plan.

• Bags must be placed outside by 8:00 AM on scheduled pickup days.

4. Skips & Cancellations

• You may skip a week. A credit will be applied to your account, not a refund.

• You may cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. First Bag Free Promotion

• New subscribers receive their first bag free, up to 15 lbs.

• Any weight over 15 lbs will be billed at the overage rate.

5. Payment

• Subscriptions are billed weekly via Stripe.

• Coupons or promotions must be applied at checkout.

7. Liability

• Quick Wash’s liability is capped at $100 per order for lost or damaged items.

• We are not responsible for normal wear, color loss, or shrinkage.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Check all pockets before sending laundry. Quick Wash is not responsible for items left in pockets.

• Do not include items requiring special handling unless confirmed with staff.
